Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant/Secretary reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and high-level administrative support and performs numerous duties including organizing and maintaining the executive’s schedule, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, and routing callers in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Customer Service Assistant (CSA)

Responsible for assisting Business Development Executives in dealing with managing, communicating with, and supporting all their logistics/forwarding concerns related to servicing of their clients. He/she prepares/sends out/follows through on business proposals, finalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Shipping Instructions (SI), Brokerage Shipping Instructions (BSI) for all shipments, maintain and updates client records, coordinates with Operations in providing excellent customer services, assists in preparation of documentations and reports. We are looking for a customer-oriented service assistant to act as a liaison between All Transport Network and its current and potentials customers. The CSA provides customer service support and Sales & Marketing assistance for the fulfillment of all the requirements of the clients of the Route Development Managers/Business Development Executives/Customer Sales Supervisor clients including in-house accounts. The CSA provides products and services information and resolves any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency in order to contribute to the achievement of the Company’s sales targets including maintenance of existing clients and acquisition of new ones. The successful candidate is able to accept ownership for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every action as the Company’s target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Marketing, Customs Administration, Business Administration or any related 4 year course. Required skill (s): MS Office suite or Open Office applications have a good command of written and spoken English, with excellent interpersonal skills, sociable, aggressive, self-directed and highly motivated. Company Driver

Responsible for the proper and safe transport of cargoes as well as proper maintenance of company vehicles. With valid professional driver’s license, with at least 5 years professional driving experience, without current LTO records and must be able to read and understand instructions in English. Courteous, clean looking, with experience in cargo handling and delivery, expert level navigating Metro Manila roads and can pass traffic rules & regulations exam.
