LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (Manila, Cavite, Cebu)

  • o Male/ Female
  • o Responsible in the overall operational task – ensuring appropriate documented procedures are followed to satisfy internal and external clients.
  • o Notifies internal and external clients regularly on the status of their shipment.
  • o Checks agent’s invoices and trucker’s billing and endorse approval thru ERP.
  • o Maintains close coordination and develops rapport with clients and carriers

BROKERAGE ASSISTANT

  • o Male/ Female
  • o Responsible in the overall operational task from receipt of shipment handling instructions through approved brokerage shipping instructions, up to the turn over of files with complete documents to the Billing Section
  • o Receives and reviews shipment documents for customs clearing
  • o Requests amendment, if necessary, and informs the clients accordingly
  • o Coordinates with the Declarant for computation necessary of duties and taxes, and the lodgment of entry.
  • o Provides regular and timely update to consignee on the status of their shipments

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Manila, Cebu, Davao)

  • o Male/ Female
  • o At least 3 years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain with related duties
  • o Achieves sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/ or market segment/s by effectively selling the company’s core and related services.
  • o Contacts and secures new business accounts/customers while maintaining current level of client base, accounts and volume of business according to set targets.
  • o Acquires business volume and number of accounts according to targets/ budgets, in accordance with the existing tariff (by telesales and field calls)

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (Manila, North Luzon)

  • o Male/ Female
  • o Provides sales support that merits the requirements of the sales organization.
  • o Responsible for inquiring standards and special rates/ charges from agents, carriers and consolidators.
  • o Prepares and sends out proposals to clients within parameters and organizes the adequate follow-up.
  • o Ensures satisfaction of existing customers and maintaining lasting relationship with them.
  • o Conducts Tele sales for moving and non-moving accounts.
  • o Attends shipping lines/ consolidators meetings/ visit, as needed.
